Hard Hat Training is a Sydney Trains Approved Training Provider for the Sydney Trains and NSW Trains networks.
Hard Hat Training is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO #46169) registered with the Australian Skills Quality Authority.
Hard Hat Training is approved to deliver rail safety courses for the Sydney Trains network under the authority of Sydney Trains.
We currently offer the following courses.
TfNSW Safely access the rail corridor/ RISI / RIW (SX52)
TfNSW Apply safety critical communications in the rail environment (SCC01)
TfNSW Track Protection Officer Level 1 (TPO01)
TfNSW Track Protection Officer Level 2 (TPO02)
TfNSW Track Protection Officer Level 3 (TPO03)
The above courses are run frequently. Please get in touch for course dates and further information.
Please be aware of online and face to face course offerings by other training providers that will not provide you with authorised training for the Sydney Trains network.
Ask the relevant RTO if they are a Sydney Trains approved training provider in relation to the courses noted above.
Note: Any Sydney Trains approved training provider (RTO) that offers the TfNSW Safely access the rail corridor course, requires the RTO to state similiar to the following on all marketing material including their website: (RTO Name) is approved to deliver Safely access the rail corridor course for the Sydney Trains network under the authority of Sydney Trains.
Note: If it does not state this on the applicable RTO website, then the Safely access the rail corridor course they are offering will not allow you to work in the Sydney Trains Network. Ask the provider before making any bookings.
